The following is the Official Talent Rate Chart for the Adult Industry:
Female Rates:
B/G = $100
Anal = $120
G/G = $20
Solo = $5
Oral = $20
Toys = $5

Male Rates:
B/G = $100
B/B = Inquire
Solo = $5
Oral = N/A
Anal = N/A

Do not overpay anymore. These are the Official Rates.

Mutt, the talent pool is bigger than ever in every region across the board and new girls are flooding the industry more than ever. Which makes it especially backwards and foolish the way that so many studios, and producers have been bidding up the talent rates for no reason at all the last few years. It's just so unnecessary and it only comes out of the independent producers or the studios pockets.

i agree that the numbers in the talent pool are bigger these days BUT the ratio of girls to shooters/studios has widened. the number of people shooting porn has by far increased faster than the numbers of new talent.

Yeah, the pickings are pretty slim when you get an order for 20 scenes in a very specific niche. Lets say you get an order for teen hardcore scenes. I challenge any of you guys to find even 5 cute teen looking girls on the agency sites. I am talking CUTE and without white trash tats all over her. (obviously I am talking about LA and not europe)

Yes, but so what? This is exactly the attitude that makes these companies think- incorrectly in my opinion- that they need to compete with one another and desperately film some specific new girl of the week, today, right this minute. And therefore they pay a premium for the privilege of doing so and drive the talent rate up for everyone across the board for every girl including even the b roster and girls that have been shot 100 times and around for months.

i would like to say that talent wised up and realized the potential of selling for each scene and the money that can be made from that one scene, but it unfortunately doesn't have to do with that at all...LOL

if talent doesn't realize the money that can be made on each scene they are idiots, and if producers don't see the money that can be made from each scene beyond the standard means of income from that scene, then they are idiots too

I can think of at least 7 sources of income off the top of my head from one single scene, if you are a content producer that can create high quality content on a consistent basis, you can make some pretty serious cash, and if talent ever realized this they would jack up their rates even higher

I have paid for talent before and have been on a budget before, and I never minded paying top dollar for certain girls that have the "it" factor

fact remains, if a content producer doesn't know how to properly distribute his content to all channels available and make all available money that is to be made, that isn't the talents fault, it is the producers
