![]() I am doing low reps heavy weight ot gain muscle, but how often do i have to do high reps low weight? Every third week? Anyone can help me out?

yeah, but i heard you need to go through one cycle of high reps to cut and cement the gains

Uhh unless you're going for pure look. Body builders do sets of 10-15 quite often.

A coworker of mine has been doing the workout from LL Cool J's Platinum Workout. It has you doing 15 rep circuits. You do 15 chest reps, then do 15 bicep, etc. with minimal wait time in-between. He said it got his heart rate going pretty well. It emphasizes cutting weight and getting toned rather than overall strength training. You pick a weight that you can barely do 15 times.

To the OP - the best way to build muscle is to concentrate on compound movements - squats, deadlifts, bench press, t-bar rows/ bent rows, etc. Leave all that dumb shit like dumbell flyes to the sissyboys who get dressed up in fancy workout clothes to go to the gym to impress each other.

depends on what your goals are. you don't necessarily ever have to do low weight/high reps. if you're trying to gain size and get cut at the same time, keep doing what you're doing with lifting and be very strict on your diet. high protein, low carbs, low sodium and low sugar

i say..eat tons of carbs...sleep alot right after u eat..then workout with heavy weights..u will get big in no time!!!
