I have two cats and they are badass, and both are very affectionate. If you have the oppertunity to pick from a litter, pay attention to the kittens that come when you call them, and are happily responsive when you pet them. They'll likely stay that friendly

All seriousness though, I used to hate cats and my ex brought one home. She was beautiful but such a bitch she was antisocial and annoying. Needless to say he kept her when we split!

My boyfriend now has had his cat for 11 years and she is adorable, she's a big fat lovely cat and she sleeps on my chest every night.

It's about finding the right cat trust me. I have 3 of them now

dude i have 2 cats and 2 dogs and i wish i never got the dogs as much as i love them. Cats are great pets if raised right just go with the cat, who cares what your friends think and chicks will love it.
