OK for the not so bright.

They start to sell content to people who think the Internet should be exempt, 2257 is a US law, the record keeping is too much hassle and those who don't think doing time in jail as a child pornographer could happen to them.

These are 16 year olds earning money, they are not as innocent as you think.

That article has nothing to do with buying content for redistribution or 2257, unless sites are in a habit of buying private camshows, recording them and rebroadcasting them without any agreement or documentation.

Exactly! Chickens are naked when you buy them! Kids are looking at naked chickens....giving them the idea that maybe they too could get naked and sell themselves by the pound! How do we know that chicken had 2257 docs? They don't come with the chicken...maybe the chicken was underage when it got plucked.
