:stoned Judge rules pants not worth $54 million!

A judge ruled Monday in favor of a dry cleaner that was sued for $54 million over a missing pair of pants.

Good! I am glad! fucking disgusting lawsuit! not only that but the judge made the plaintiff Roy Pearson to pay the court costs of the defendants!

The best part of that story is that the guy suing the cleaners was an actual fucking judge.

I read about this case a few months ago. Such a load of bullshit. I'm glad he has to pay for the cleaner's court costs.

The Judge should be charged for the defendants court costs, and charged a fine for a blatant mis use of the legal system!

Still not a total victory until they force him to pay the
defendants attorneys fees which are probably high
as hell. Still can't believe this dude is a judge.

Should be disbarred. Clearly, he's stupid!

The defendants should sue him for some random shit like loss of business because of this.

And he should be fired from his job as a judge. What really gets me, is even after the drycleaners found the pants and tried to give them back with some monetary compensation, the judge refused.

He'd rather try to ruin two people's lives. What a fucking tool

THE BEST EXAMPLE OF OUR NEED FOR TORTE REFORM!

The loosing party should pay for all court costs of both sides. That would end this type of crap ass lawsuit.
