What manner of court are you planning on going to where they treat porn or those involved like the fine upstanding citizens we are? In order to file a class action lawsuit you kind of need a group of people who are designated as a class by the common injuries or damages incurred by the plaintiff, so you'd kind of need to sue each person who was "libelous" and defamed you since each person in the suit is not involved with a single entity. Since there seems to be no one state the defendants will be located in you're looking at a federal case and good fucking luck on a civil case in federal court that has anything to do with defamation of your porn site not to mention the fact that defamation laws vary by state to state. Plus if anyone you'd like to sue happens to be out of the country and not governed by US law you're pretty well screwed there. Also you mention that *************** is suing, but a website can't sue, are you the owner and legal rep of a legally registered company that owns and maintains the site? If your site is worth $120,000 like you claim, why do you think you'll get so much money for the implied damage of said domain? And I'm pretty sure that after calling people posers, mother fuckers, slimy asshat, stupid fuck, fucking moron, certified fuck up, fucking douche bag and a variety of other colorful things as well as statements like "I love when the kids get a hold of their parents computer. Such cute little fucking morons. Makes me wish there was a way to guide them away from a life of poverty and addiction.", you've maintained your credibility and protected yourself from a shit load of counter suits. Not to mention stating openly that GFY won't fight to protect the privacy of their members and will just hand over information to your lawyers, who are working for free until you win the big money, may not be the best idea and could be considered slanderous. If you win this suit be sure to let me know and give me the names of your attorneys so i can quit my job and frivolously sue people to get rich. I think that anyone who comes in here threatening to sue for something said in here is fucking stupid. I will personally be offended if my tax dollars pay for one piece of paper on anything this fucking dumb. If I say anything to piss anybody off, come let me know and don't start shit talking threads about me. We can either reach a mature agreement or tell each other to fuck off. If you think I'm an asshole, call me an asshole just like I'll do to you. My family and friends know what I do and fuck what the neighbors think, so if in the future anyone does consider suing me, just file the paperwork and shut the fuck up about it, I'll hand it to my attorneys and go on with my life till the court date when I'll walk in and flat out tell the judge and court that I'm in porn and that's where this dispute started, just make sure you can explain that to your mommy and Auntie Sue when it comes out.
