caza seems guilty of nothing more than losing his wallet, assuming it was stolen, and then shooting his mouth off to MikeHawk when the hotel made a billing error and partial charges ended up being applied under Lisa's room number, although as it turned out, she had already done express checkout and was at the airport

the real culprit here is MikeHawk, who took caza's jumped conclusion and started this thread in the hopes of ruining Lisa's rep and he specifically mentioned how she should lose the Booble contest... and he and A1R3K just happen to be campaigning for Lisa's only real competitor in the contest, Brandy Talore

So far there is no resolution, and no one besides Lisa (and possibly Ycaza now?) knows for sure the truth. Just pointing out that you have 12 posts, with 11 of those being in this thread. That shows an agenda. In all honesty, no one will care either way if Lisa really stole the wallet or didn't. People say stupid shit and lies on GFY every single day, and today is no different. Honestly, there are no legal grounds to bring a lawsuit against Ycaza. He never openly accused Lisa (in public) of anything. Remember that, technically, the identity of the person was still up for speculation when Lisa came forward and identified herself as the person in question. :2 cents:

Something is definitely wrong with the mindset some have in this business. Mike Hawk started this, tried to affect Lisa's success in the booble contest, and in fact attempted to torpedo her chances by prematurely using unproven and unfounded accusations publicly.

The usual way people handle a situation like this is to call the cops and have them investigate what happened. and once all the facts are in they either settle up and move on or THEN they report their findings publicly.

Not here though, not in our lovely quaint little "community". At the first sign of percieved drama it's "run to the boards" time and "All bets are off, trash first and ask questions later. Was it definitely said it was stolen? I thought he didn't know if he lost it or not. I still haven't even seen any proof that whomever had the wallet made the "payment" on Lisa's account - again that could easily be a clerical issue.
