It sounds nice but at the end of the day once people find out what it costs to sue someone that changes quickly. Now big companies do it because they have a dept of lawyers getting paid salary, most here dont have that.

Every time I've sued someone I've won. It's crazy NOT to sue if you're right. Through the years I've had corporate, real estate, family and labor lawyers. Every time we've put the cost of the lawyer in the lawsuit so paying for one hasn't been a problem

Does GTS really think they have the grounds to go after the affiliate program & try to "ruin" them or make them pay because of their mistake?

Even if TMC had gotten traffic + sales from this whole thing, if they weren't involved and paid out the majority of what was due... short of cancelling the account & providing info what else could they do? Does GTS expect them to take a loss too just because they couldn't handle their own biz accordingly? Lame.
