So when youre talking to your wanking buddies most of them do not buy memberships and actually most people who do wont admit it. So youre talking to someone who wouldnt buy anyway and asking if he would ever buy one. And then you come here crying how all your friends surf tube sites. It has nothing to do with statistics.

Who is "we"? I'm not teaching them that shit. Are you? No? Okay then it isn't "WE" It's crooks and criminals and the companies that empower them by funding them through pre-paid spots. As per this thread there is only one way to stop the tube torrent issue. Protect your content. Yes you cannot STOP them, but you can make it too much of a pain in the ass for them. Hmmm....that sounds logical. But the weird thing is I just keep making more and more money every year. There has to be a reason. I look at it like this...10 years ago the internet had a certain group of people: That was the people who could AFFORD a computer. It was expensive!

No, the "industry" is just fine. It's just that some business models are dying.
I saw it happen in 1999 when amateur sites replaced teen sites as the big seller. Suddenly all those sites that were making money hand over fist with cute little teen girls wearing white panties found that sites with grainy photography of "real" people were killing them.
And every affiliate who had all their eggs in the teen niche category were screaming that the "industry" was dying.
Hell, a lot of very big companies that many of you are too new to even remember....went bankrupt.
It happened again when the "reality" sites shooting their own content exploded onto the scene a couple of years later.
I was making 15 grand a month just running a gallery a week for MaxCash.
All of a sudden that was dead.
Did I scream that the "industry" was dying?
NO.
But a lot of people did and blamed my tgp's for the problem! LOL
What did I do?
I changed my links over to BangBus and Milf Hunter and started making even more money.
Same shit here. The reality sites have pretty much played out.
The surfer now realizes that it's the same 20 porn girls in Los Angeles shooting for every company. And there is no way to interact with those girls. You can't email 'em, you can't talk to them on a forum. You can't talk to them on live webcam.
So why be a member if all you can do is watch videos? You CAN do that for free on a tube site.
But you can't do all the interaction or develop brand loyalty on a tube site the way you can with a solo girl site.
I switched my shit over and now I'm making even more money.
And when the time comes that something else comes along to replace solo girl sites as the big money maker I'll switch over to that too.
The "industry" is doing just fine. My bank account says so.

He would tell me how he thought Captian Stabbin was wild or he liked some other site or things like that. Now he talks about tube sites. For the first time since I have been in this business there are porn sites that the public is talking about and knows as houshold type names. Sadly they aren't paysites.

We brought this on ourselves. This industries reaction to things is to give more away. If sales lag, give more away. If traffic dips, give more away. We started with circle jerk sites then made link sites which became TGPs then MGPs then thumb preview TGPs and MPGs and now tube sites. We race to see who can give more away than the next guy.

When I started in this biz we were like the people that give out samples at the grocery store. They give you a bite in hopes that you will buy the full product. We went from giving a bite to giving a small lunch to giving a full dinner to giving a full dinner with drinks and dessert and now we are giving away a full free buffet with a pitcher of ice water in hopes of selling that person a glass of Pepsi.
