Yes, Bin Laden is still on the run. The war against him is vital because it is an ideological war of Islamo-Fascism against freedom. It is a worldwide battle.

[A Bush administration official] said U.S. intelligence is that bin Laden needs dialysis every three days and "it is fairly obvious that that could be an issue when you are running from place to place, and facing the idea of needing to generate electricity in a mountain hideout." [CNN]

Renal dialysis -- talking about hemodialysis -- is something that really is reserved for patients in end-stage renal failure. That means their kidneys have just completely shut down. The most common cause of something like that would be something like diabetes and hypertension. Once that's happened, if you're separated from your dialysis machine -- and incidentally, dialysis machines require electricity, they're going to require clean water, they're going to require a sterile setting -- infection is a huge risk with that. If you don't have all those things and a functioning dialysis machine, it's unlikely that you'd survive beyond several days or a week at the most. [CNN]

yeah I guess you might be right..

They seem to be pretty selective on who they want to "free". Many more countries with the exact same stories and no one does anything.

He's being protected by the cia in the mountains on the afghani border until they need him again.

They bring him a steady stream of 11 year old afghani boys and bars of gold and egyptian delicacies to keep him happy.

I don't usually reply to your posts because they are just random baseless mumblings but i will reply, because other readers might be interested in an honest and truthful opinion.

1979 was the year of the Iranian revolution, to overthrow the Shah, a dictator fully endorsed and supported by the USA. The Iranian people have a right to excercise their will, they did not want to be controlled by the USA and it's puppet dictator the Shah, so they removed him and installed an Islamic Republic. Are you saying the Iranians have no right to do this? It is their land, they choose who is in power, not you or your country.

On your Saddam bit, your hatred for the Iranian people shows clearly, by the fact you did not mention the thousands upon thousands of Iranians that were killed in the Iraq-Iran war that was started by Saddam, backed by guess who? Yes, the USA. It was ok then, wasn't it?

You also do not mention that, when "Saddam killed his own people", in your words, you do not mention, that when this happened, was during the Iran-Iraq war, WHEN HE WAS BEING SUPPORTED BY THE USA. The US didn't condemn it, the UK didn't condemn it. Why? Because we were all behind Saddam to fight the newly revolutionised Iranians, who had overthrown our dictator that we put there.

Facts will always be facts, fascists will always be fascists.

Bingo! The war is indeed vital to some because it is an ideological war. And that might well be the reason why bin Laden hasn't been captured yet. Who would want this war to end and the american people become less scared and paranoid? Certainly not the current US government.

Expect a new bin Laden video in the next 5 weeks.
