There are different Eating Habits here, so it helps alot, and its easy..
Morning:
Daily Fresh Squeezed Juice with:
Celery, Grapefruit, raw cactus, pineapple, honey, one squeezed lemon.
$1.50 for a 35 oz juice!
or
a Milkshake
with milk, bananas, strawberry, oatmeal, granola, all mixed.
$1.50 for a 35 oz Milkshake!
Lunch:
1 tuna sandwitch on wheat (with jalapenos)
$1.50 per sandwitch
or
Ham and egg sandwitch (with jalapenos)
$1.50 per sandwitch
Dinner:
2 carnitas tacos, with a lot of Hot Salsa + water with a squezed lime, and a little honey
$4 including tip
or
2 tacos de Cabeza (goat meat), with a lot of Hot Salsa + water
$4 including tip

at least 2 liters of water a day
oh, and take two shits a day..min.
..Mon. throught Fri.

Eat smaller meals, work out more often and dont eat shit late at night.

I know a lot of people that go to Mexico and come back thin. The main reason is because the food here is cleaner and people wash their hands. But in Mexico anyone can have a food stand basically anywhere. And if you get busted you either change corners or you bribe the health dept inspector or cop.

oh, I forgot to say:
since the elevator to my complex is always breaking down I go up and down 7 flights of stairs at least 3-4 times a day, and walk to the office..

..you guys know what happens on the weekends, so I'm not going to say..

You should bump up that workout a bit. Start hunting the moose! That'll get your heart rate up

Or do like I did and add a couple sled dogs to your team. You have to run that much faster to jump on the sled that way!
