Anyone know an app that can split .mp4 files?

Anyone know an app that can split iPod compatible .mp4 video files?

Videocharge Full 3.8.0.00 crashes on the attempt to split without re-compression, just like it always does when trying to split Quicktime files.

Boilsoft (ver. 5) freezes up on import, although it is supposed to be able to split .mp4.

Ultra Video Splitter almost works but the first clip out of say five or however many always gets messed up and has a weird ghosting effect on it.

Any other suggestions for pc software?

Ya videocharge was supposed to now support .mp4 and h264 files, but my few attempts with it didn't go well. Not sure on a solution. Btw lets make sure we get a chance to sit down in Atlanta.

On the second try with a different computer , the new Boilsoft ver. 5 actually was able to successfully split the standard (non h264) .mp4s that I had created in Cleaner XL. I think the success of Boilsoft to split them on one of my Windows XP pcs but not the other Win XP pc may be due to the different installations of Quicktime.

In any case there still isn't a Windows app that can successfully split any variety of Quicktime file and that is an ongoing issue for me.
