If people ran their personal and business finances that way, people all over the country would be foreclosing on their mortgages, drowning in debt, and going bankrupt. Huge companies would be insolvent overnight and would be forced to sell for pennies on the dollar or just to go bankrupt. Oh... wait. Hmmmm.
