![]() Anyone know anything about iBill's plans for payout with their Web 900 set up?
They've been promising me payment for months now -- with only ONE fucking 7 day pay out for July -- and being some kind of idiot, I've kept the Web 900 option on my site. But now, come mid-November, I have thousands of dollars in charges, but NO sign of seeing a goddamned time from them. What sort of insanity is it to have a company go bankrupt on you (as they did with WorldCom) but then you KEEP your business relationship with that re-formed bankrupt company, that STILL isn't paying out a fucking dime? ![]() Every time I call their "customer service" (complete oxymoron) I get four or five different stories -- without a doubt they're the most inept company I've ever dealt with in my life. They make AT&T look like The Good Samaritan Socieity. This blows hard. I've got to stop the idiocy and pull their button off of my site today, and replace it with...? Does anyone use Verotell's 900 service? And how is it? Or any other ideas? |

No shit!? If that's true not a very good track record or sign for the future. No wonder they are so screwed up. Talk about the blind leading the blind. Guess I'm really glad I switched to CCBILL. |

![]() Yep. I just found this out (the connection between iBill and WorldCom) a few minutes ago, after talking to Verotel. Amazing (not!)
Someone suggested Globill? But fawk -- for their Web 900 service they take a 30% commission PLUS a 45% (hello!!!!!!) hold back that is held for ONE YEAR! No thank you. Verotel seems the way to go. 20% with 10% held for a month or so. And they've got great European 900/dialer options. ![]() BTW: CCBill doesn't offer a Web 900 option. ![]() |

From the Ibill CMI
--------------------------------------- Our records indicate you have not filled out the iBill-Visa registration form located at https://www.ibill.com/signup/re_signup_login.cfm It is important that all iBill merchants fill out this form. Only US based merchants accepting VISA will be required to pay the registration fee at this time but all merchants are required to register. In order to gain access to the CMI you must fill out the iBill - VISA registration form. --------------------------------------- I cant login to my CMI anymore so I guess the money they owed me is gone. No big loss but it sure is shitty business. They owe me alot of web900 and reserves... |

Sleepy, if you only use them for 1-900 billing you do not have to complete the VISA registeration. You're not processing VISA.
Speak to your Ibill representative or call sales and they should be able to tell you what's going on. |

My sales rep doesnt answer my e-mails - she never did from day one. I tried calling but it always rings busy and they dont answer me at [email protected] either.
Because of all that I manually cancelled all my Ibill members many weeks ago. We had several hundred members from over a year ago that were still rebilling but with no sales rep I couldnt stay with them. I tried to get a new rep but they said no. Anyway, I figured they would atleast pay me the reserves I was owed. That would have been the honest thing to do. |

I've never dealt with a more fucked up, bullshit-ridden company in my life. I pitty anyone who works for them -- it must be a nightmare, having to field calls from 'customers' like me -- no wonder the call center operators just make shit up -- anything to get you off the phone. |

Fill out the application and choose the option that says i do not wish accept Visa at this time. It wont cost you a dime and it will let you back in your CMI and get your money released. After you reject or accept Visa it will automatically release your funds you dont need to speak with anyone.
My rep is great though he even called me twice to remind me to fill out the application way before deadline. I guess he is the reason i stuck with them cause he gets results for me always. |

We're going to sign up for websitebilling 900service soon.
We set up with Ibill as back up processor 4 months ago because they offered 900 service (ccbill doesn't) We earned nothing just customers' complaints.
