anybody else have probs with webair support ? i submitted a ticket to them 9 hrs ago ... no response from anyone ..

i did call them earlier today ...the girl i talked to didnt seem to have a clue .. that didnt solve my problem either

yeah, because every single person in the world should be using a dedicated server for their 1gb a month bandwidth site that uses 20mb of disk space

I am surprised to see so many bashing Webair. Out of all of the companies I have been with over the years they are one of the two which I have never had any issues or downtime with. Whenever I need something installed on the server I simply hit live support and always get an instant response.
