There are hundreds if not thousands of official documents on many countries that prove this, and there are even declassified CIA documents that prove it (do a search for "Plan Condor CIA declassified docs"). Hell, they have the technology to spot a given person between thousands of people from outer space and they can't spot thousands of acres of cannabis, coca or poppy fields? yeah, sure

That went in to great detail about explaining how the federal government was involved in "looking the other way" . I think Netflix also has this on demand if you haven't seen it.
