Or it could be an insider/lawyer trying to gank shap out of the name, the dates just seem to coincidental , upon looking thru the dropbox the "other" sextube used as an addy i notice a few trademark lawyers also use that addy, my first guess would be this "other" sextube aka blue titan media is a shell company a trademark lawyer setup to scoop trademarks before they are filed. like if i was a trademark lawyer who helps people file trademark , when a client came to me , i could say " sorry cant take your case" then secretly quickly file the trademark behind their back to hold hostage
