There is nothing that speaks better of a sponsor than a check that shows up right on time 2 1/2 years after, to make the minimum.

Conversely..

As a long time affiliate, I hate to see any sponsor going down.

So Jimmy, without seeming rude, you are a fucktard. Please feel free to take your traffic elsewhere.

Actually, there is an easy way to figure this out.

CTB, If your company forgot to pay him out for any reason, this should still show up in your books. For whatever the reason, your bookkeeper would never be able to balance the books with this outstanding payment still due. I am not sure if it counts as income or not and if it did, you would have to pay tax on it anyway. And even worse, if it can't be accounted for, you are probably paying more to your bookkeeper just to have this float around.

Just my 2 cents!

I would have added that the money was made within the last couple of years and not in 2002 as his reply alluded to, which he then used as justification to give his affiliate the middle finger.

I am not sure if it counts as income or not and if it did, you would have to pay tax on it anyway. And even worse, if it can't be accounted for, you are probably paying more to your bookkeeper just to have this float around. What you should do is show them how much and why they owe you this money.
