When I need tech support at 4AM I send an email to PhatServers and the problem is fixed in 5 minutes and they write me back. And its been like that the entire time I've been with them. I can't leave because I'm spoiled by their great support

We have never experienced a start to finish process of a host setting up our account as what we experienced yesterday with Phatserver.

We were expecting a day, perhaps a day and a half to set-up.. NO.. approximately twenty minutes and it was completed. Twenty two minutes and we had a test page live and online!
(It felt like someone at Phatserver was just sitting there waiting for us)

We signed up and instantly received (3) three confirmation emails.
Astonishingly enough our name server propagation was almost instant!
(Domain that's being used has been parked for a good six months)

We are completely in awe at the speed and efficiency of Phatserver!
Not to mention the fantastic hosting package we have!
