.info and .mobi domains any value here?

I want some opinions on .info and .mobi domains, do you think they have any value?
Lately I have seen a bunch of .info domains used for adult websites, and I am assuming the reason is due to the major domain extensions taken for good keywords. Or could it be many people are testing .info domains since gdaddy is selling them for .99 cents for the 1st year.

Any opinions would be great, trying to figure out which domains I will make into websites, I have about 200 great 2 and 3 word adult .info domains. Do you think they have any future resale value if the names are good?

As far as .mobi goes, I have seen some sell at domain auctions, but I have not seen any come up in search engines, and is there any use for them. I had thought the mobil industry would have developed a system to make them useful?

it's have to be a pretty stellar keyword domain for a .info to hold much speakable value in my opinion. i've been noticing more and more .info's ranking well though, and it seems as though .info's have been reasonably accepted by a good portion of internet users. as far as .mobi i think the verdict is still out on that one. the mobile market is growing very fats, but i don't see too much indication that .mobi has or is becoming an accepted standard for mobile format sites. if you have some incredible .mobi's they could be worth holding onto, but it seems like kind of a gamble at the moment. i'm gonna say it probably won't, but thats just a stab in the dark. i'm just thinking people in general aren't going to see the attraction to .mobi as a standard tld for mobile sites, and will mostly just bring the currently popular tld's to mobile format. if the .mobi market does catch on, it'll be those who got in on the good domains now and held on who bank big in a few years...

if you can get a really good domain on either tld it could be worth the gamble on making a small investment, but i wouldn't come barging out the gates making too many crazy purchases

Yes they work well...the good .info geo domains are taken already.

Anything can work if it is marketed the right way. For example a couple of weeks ago I was in Hawaii and all the buses have the domain, TheBus.org on them...information for Honolulu buses. To me the name sucks, but it does the job...and I am sure everyone in that island knows about the website. So a .info might work if used enough.

I just need to cut my domains portfolio in half...it seems like I work my day job to support my domain habbit.

I own two single word info domains, I'll wait anoter 40 years, and sell them for 50 bucks each

in fact I own 6 (single word) of them, but only the two might have any value
