Calling Out GUERILLA TRAFFIC George

I hope it makes you feel important now that you have your name in just another thread title. Now,

PLEASE CUT OUT THE BULLSHIT!

YOU EITHER BACKUP YOUR CLAIM BY FORWARDING THAT SO-CALLED CCBILL EMAIL YOU SAY YOU GOT OR FESS UP THAT YOU FUCKED UP!

You make a big mistake when you try to call another Program Owner fraud specially over just $160 lousy dollars owed!

It was possible that the transactions going through his affiliate program were bad and they naturally came to us, or they were done by himself trying to make money on the cross sale deal. We don't know. I can't divulge the exact reasons because that would just make smarter thieves (and I am not calling you a thief btw). We always want legitimate business and you coming to the boards with this is extremely unprofessional. Best of luck nonetheless.

This matter is closed and I will not be commenting further.
Dude, for fuck's sakes this matter is not closed until your affiliate says it's closed.. all those PR/sales managers you hired didn't tell you that yet? Why are you trying to run anyways by making just 1 post in that entire thread? Even Bill Clinton had said this twice?: "I'm going to say this again: I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky". And you think you are more important than good ol' Bill? lol.

Now, any 1 of our sites probably cost more than all your 150 feedfirms combined and you have some autrocity to insinuate that I bought $10 trial to my own sites just so I could steal $10 off you?

FUCKING LOL

If you cannot convert free joins to rebills is your problem. You pay up and tell me moving forward you do not want to do business with me. Do not make up lies to accuse me or anyone of fraud.

So George, what's it gonna be? You will forward that email so I can authenticate the authenticity of that email and tell everyone that you are just as good and honest as you say you are? Or should everyone think that you are the fraud instead? My God! If you do this with another vet program owner I would really have to wonder what you'd do to newcomers to this biz!

$20 cross-sale minus $10 trial cost to my sites so it'd be $10 for me to steal off him.

I am not allowed to forward the email from CCbill. It gives details on the transactions which would educate people on becoming more deceptive. It specifically states that the information is confidential. I have been in this business since 1996, there's no reason I would want to rip you off a couple hundred dollars. Your irrational behavior is extremely embarrassing to say THE LEAST.

This has nothing to do with the cross sales not activating into full members, profitability, or anything like that.

Something to do with $160.00, that part seems clear. The rest of it is pretty murky.

if you got a chargeback, wouldnt he as well?

Really doesnt make sense.

Plus you are the one that hit him up to put your links on his sites.

Kinda weird thats all.

I doubt hes trying to scam anyone for so little.

If all else fails, I would think a quick "Hey corvette, we both agree that we'd like you to look into this and state who is telling the truth in this thread" and the truth will be known. The thread can be done in less than one page.

Wouldn't that be a conflict of interest for ccbill, last thing the industry needs is a biller playing favorites. They are more likely to hang back, IMO.

Well, I'm always open to being wrong but the only way I see it being a conflict of interest is if the interest is the truth.

I mean, fuck, it's only $160. I'm just saying that this can be solved quickly and without question in one simple post. Corvette posting the truth without both parties agreeing to have the truth posted would definitely be a violation of trust but if both ask for it, I see nothing wrong with it.

How did I know you'd come up with an excuse like that? lol. I said forward that email to me not post here to educate people on becoming more deceptive! Forwarding that email to me would not violate any confidentiality since those joins to your site were or are "our" members! So your "confidentiality" clause does not quite apply to parties involved in those transactions. I have the right to know which ones of our members were or are "unauthentic". They had to signup to our sites first in order to be eligible to be a free trial to you. Also, CCBill asked me if you forwarded that email so they could verify your claims. According to them none of the cross-sale signups was "unauthentic" and they could not find any record of such claim being sent to you. If they had any problem with any of those signups they had to tell me first before even you since they are our "paid" members the payments that could potentially be chargebacks. So please forward that mysterious email.. if you want to "delete" the "details on the transactions that would educate people on becoming more deceptive" feel free and send the subscription numbers only in question so I can ask CCbill about them specifically. By the way, I never got any emails from CCBill where they detail of "how" affiliates are frauding but just that they are frauding and notifying that ccbill closing those affiliate accounts so that "detail of transaction" also news to me too lol.

ccbill would never post something like that.

what they do is they monitor the fraud on the accounts, if they are suspicious about transactions they contact the client so their client can fix it.

its up to the client to handle it if they think its needed, and if the clients account has a chargeback problem, they will terminate them

so in this case, some transactions may have been "suspicious" and they contacted the webmaster, who terminated the affiliate/crossells (even if they may be legitimate) in order to not risk their account being turned off

fraud is rarely black and white, you have to make decisions sometime playing the odds, but they are wrong. but thats the game

keep in mind that in this case, BOTH are clients of equal standing. it is not a program/affiliate situation.

I'm sure if George asked Ccbill to confirm or deny his request they'd be willing to do that. This thread states George never received these emails. I think if he asks ccbill to post and say seven's affiliate id was flagged for fraudulent sales that they'd do it. I may be wrong but I'd hope they would.

We've terminated a number of affiliates thanks to Ccbill and Epoch's fraud department flagging them as fraudulent accounts. We've never been called out on it because fraud accounts once terminated usually just disappear. However if we were called out like this and we made a decision based on Ccbill or Epoch feedback then I believe they'd have our back and would be willing to back our story. Especially in a he said she said scenario like this one.

These are not traditional client/affiliate we are talking about these are cross-sales.

Thanks Shap...long time, hope all is well. I miss you too Marina.

We probably would have gotten you more involved with what has happened, but you freaked out and were unstable to deal with. I don't respond well to threats and bringing this to the boards is so extremely tacky.....and I apologize when I say this....comical. This isn't about chargebacks either.

Here contact this guy, he can give you the details and don't worry about apologizing, it isn't necessary:

Give him your Guerilla Traffic ID. Please don't post what he said, because as I said before we don't want to educate people into becoming better fraudsters. Thanks.

Hey Shap! Long time here too! Did you move back to Bahamas again? Last time I spoke with you, you were buying a house in Toronto. How are the TGPs? Still got them?

Ok George, shooting an email to Paul. See that was easy! Ofcourse I would freak out, anybody would if being called fraud out of the blue.

Yeah I told some funny stories to my sales guy about Lake Tahoe and the genius called Shap. I was very excited about working with Twistys. Wasn't too sure how 'hands on' you were with your business though.

Lucky You, I dread the epoch fraud emails, cause we get called out all day on message boards. Some guy arguing his 40% chargebacks or him signing up 15 times a day to his own account or using stolen or emulated credit card numbers. It's cool though, it's just "us closing down accounts for no reason" cause that makes sense.
