I'm in need of a css guy/gal. The job starts out as a pay per project gig but depending on how things go over the first month or 2 a salary is an absolute possibility.

Requirements:

English speaking
Able to slice PSDs
Able to code w3c compliant cross browser compatible xhtml/css
Ability to work without constant attention/guidance
Reasonable turn around time per project
Light graphics skills via photoshop
NO OUTSOURCING COMPANIES

Not required but definitely a plus

Local to the South Puget Sound area (Washington state)
Knowledge of Wordpress templating
Knowledge of Smarty

doing good now that everything is over with. Lots and lots of family drama bullshit really made things harder than they need to be :/

because I have a shit ton of projects. They might do 1-2 per week themselves but I have 10 times that...

I work for zuzana designs as a xhtml/css coder and i get alot of work from them.
