I didn't know about the rare procedures of Zombaio, seems they are the ones giving out these addresses.

Thing is they don't show up as valid in Swedish registers but, that's on them not on AlphaSky.

However, being a complete tool, that's all on him

The address that is given out to some businesses (EU relocated merchants) is a mail forwarding address for EU presence. There is a legal partnership (Swedish entity) that enables some clients to utilize EU acquirers. So it is a full valid address, but they does not belong to the same merchant, and all merchants do not need or want to relocate, so this is just for a few merchants.
