Great support from the guys at techiemedia.net

I make these poor support guys work so hard, I owe them big time.

So I'll start with giving them a thank you thread on top of the others that have been posted here.

So does anyone else feel guilty about the number of times they have to have support do something?

I'm not with techie...but the OP made me think about how I dread contacting support ... even though they are always so helpful and understanding.

I just always think about how I used to cuss at people in my head if they were like me ... back when I was in customer service. I'd cuss in my head but always smile and provide stellar service ... treating them like they were my favorite customer. I don't want to be "that guy" that they all laugh at when he leaves... lol

Hey I also have been with them for a few years now after trying many other so called good hosts. All I can say is the Team at Techiemedia is incredible at what they do. They fix stuff for me that no other host would touch and pretty darn fast with never any extra charges ever. Not sure how they do it but they do it well.

Jim and Wayne run a tight ship and are a class act. Great Prices, Network, and Support that is 2nd to none. Techiemedia is definitely one of the best and worth considering if you are not completely happy with your current host, or simply want to expand a bit.

I totally agree, with T\the Techiemedia team handling my servers I am free to work on and promote my sites and make money rather than messing with my hosting. These guys are seriously one of the best hosts in the business. Been with them for years and never had any problems.

Oh definitely, I KNOW I've been a pest on more than one occasion. Don't think it would be proper business if you didn't from time to time, but as luck would have it those guys at Techie have never once given me any indication that they're thinking that way or sitting there secretly cursing or laughing at me. Or laughing and cursing.

Except for that time Jim really did laugh at me. But that was for an altogether different reason. Nothing to do with support. :D

Another VERY satisfied TechieMedia customer here. I've tried many other hosts in the past years but never has any proven to be the caliber of the TechieMedia. A class of their own. Great people to work with and I love being part of their family.

I've had all my sites at Techie for probably ten years now and for one reason - they solve problems.

One thing I've noticed that I love beyond all others is that I never get excess BS emails from support when I file a ticket.

At other hosts you get this one after you open a ticket for an issue from the lowest level support guy:

"Hi, I don't know what you want me to do. We don't manage that [script or software]."

Then you remind him that the upper level support guy did this thing for you on ticket number XXXX, and he says the upper support guy is gone for the day and he's not allowed to do that and you reply WTF, my site isn't working and then he replies that he'll get his supervisor and the supervisor says the upper level guy should have charged you the standard 3rd party service rate of $200/hour and they can't look into this unless you okay billing and then you says, WTF, he installed it and now you want to charge me and on and on and on and on.

At Techie you usually get one email per ticket:

"Done please check."

I love that phrase when I see it also. The techs at Techie don't say to much they just fix my issues fast. I used to spread my stuff out to a few different "Good" hosts but after all the bs problems at other places I said Fuck it and moved it all over to techie. I save money and in fact improved the quality of my hosting. By far best in the biz.
