:stop Suite703 warning

Haven't been paid by them for over 6 months. Emails to anyone there go unanswered, finally last week I got a response from Joe telling me he would get back with me by the end of that day to resolve the issue, never heard from him again. They continue to rebill my surfers and report those rebills to my account, yet don't seem to want to pay, or maybe they can't pay? Have had these problems regularly with them they used to say there were problems with their old system that would not be happeneing once they moved over to NATS, guess what, since they've moved over to NATS they have not paid ANYTHING to me, eventhough stats reflect payments are due.

Hmm, I've been having the exact same issue with them. They owed me 7k or so for many many months.. finally after a few conversations with Joe they paid me in full about a month or so ago.

Checks are sent out 2 weeks after a sale has been posted and this has been our standard protocol at Suite703 and NA. This means that the earliest a payment would be sent out to you is THIS FRIDAY Sept. 11th, 2009. You sent me an email early Friday illustrating your stats and I told you I was bringing this up with the web department because there was an issue with the way your numbers were reporting. I sent you a follow up email on Saturday to give you a status update to which I received no reply from you. I also said in this email that I would like to send out a payment of what you are owed then we can send the difference if you were owed more after the stats were checked. Now, I've sent emails to you to clear up this issue and I've waited for your response and you come here to gfy. So I will let you know here that your payment of $100.88 will be sent out tomorrow which is 2 weeks after you made your last sale which put you over the minimum payment amount. Please let me know through email or icq how I can better help you in the future. Thank you.

If you don't then you obviously don't know anything recent about NA or Ace, (I capitalize "A" because I think Mark deserves it and he's a friend). If you have to ask that question, you really are in the wrong position at Suite703, let me list what is available in the NATS webmaster area, Stats and links, NOTHING else, what do you think we would want in there? What a dumb remark.

You forgot to mention that you raised the minimum payment from $ 50 to $ 100 without informing your webmasters. According to your TOS when I signed up I reached the minimum payment amount in second half of April. It is not the amount that is the problem, it's simply the fact that you guys are inconsistent, change things without informing your affiliates, ignore them for months and then get upset when we call you on it. Get real, this is business, not some charity case for Suite703.
And as for people naming naughtyamerica in this thread, I didn't but they have every right to if part of the overal company seems to be trying to get out of paying their affiliates.
As for your question down this thread what affiliates are expecting in the NATS webmaster portal? Let's see right now you have stats, links and not even the contact page is populated. There are NO Terms And Conditions so you can basically do whatever you feel like, like not paying when you should. Anything else you need to know?

They have always paid me. I too wish they had more webmaster tools available, as right now they don't even have banners up. I don't believe their sites are being updated anymore, but with that said, they still are one of the best retaining programs that I use.

Constructive criticism, dirkpeddler, constructive. Yes, we know we need tools in there and they will be added. I was asking about payments and the way stats were viewed, since that was what the primary point to the thread. Thank you for addressing this point though, we need more 703 tools as well as updates.

We were switching stats systems. Switching stats systems not only takes time but the information isn't always transferred correctly. The fact is, I looked into the account when it was brought to my attention and got it paid and as quickly as I could.

Epass would be nice. I just don't understand why you won't import all of your old affiliate tools over to the NATS area, it seems like it would be rather easy and that 1 person could take care of it in less than a day. I mean, you already have promo tools made, why not make them available again?

As quickly as possible huh, does that include first ignoring emails from affiliates bringing non payment to your attention? Or where you simply hoping it would go away? The latter seems to be more likely.
Again it's not the amount that is the problem is your blatant disregard of legal agreements and the responsibility that comes with them.
As of today, I have not received payment, nor have you followed up on my last emails when you informed me you had to leave but would follow up later that day, which was September 11th, I didn't ask for that time-frame, you gave it. Good webmaster support would be that you do what you promise. Empty promises we can all make. If I tell you I will send you 100 sales in the next month will you just accept that and pay me for 100 sales before I do? Thought not.
Fact of the matter is suite703 is late by 5 months over a lousy $100, now THAT should say plenty. Yes you emailed me( in the last 3 weeks) and told me that the minimum is $ 100, but you forgot to inform your affiliates or even post it as TOS for the affiliates that you had changed the minimum payout amount, so as far as I am concerned I go by the TOS you had when I signed up and do have a printout of, just in case you need a reminder, just as I have saved every email from you and Vanessa about bounced checks and other late payments from the past. I can post them here if you really need that reminder, not a problem at all. Just let me know.

You are right but i just wanted to make clear that they DO pay.. i think the reason why it took so long to pay me was some problem in migrating to other payment processor on their side..
