Too big to copy and paste. What it clearly states is illegal and uncontrolled immigrants depress wages for the lowest paid. So already on a low wage, they're made poorer. The country benefits by lower costs in shops, restaurants etc. But lose in social security, law enforcement, justice, education, healthcare etc. As we know they do send money home which means it leaves the host countries economy.

This part shows the blind bias of the Left.

It fails to mention the pressure on house prices, which in many countries is a problem. It also assumes they all do something that wouldn't have been done were they not in the host country. And the money earned would have never been earned by natives of the host country. Ending up with 8 million jobs relying on illegal migrants.

This applied at the beginning of the 20th Century. Today when jobs are leaving a country faster than they can be replaced or being automated. Sadly many pro-immigration lobbyists, be they left or right use these arguments.

This is closer to the truth. Obama's Illegal Immigration Plan Won't Pay Net Income Taxes. Great for the illegal migrants who earn over $50,000 per year and have an average size family. The truth is most won't qualify.

This applies to any Western Country and it will get worse without controls that are simpler and more effective than a Wall or an Agreement that allows people to wander across a Union of countries claiming benefits, a home, jobs, education, healthcare and more.

Agreed. People tend to forget (or forgive) the "illegal" part of the immigrant's status. They'll scream from their porch to lock up someone for an ounce of weed while paying some illegal immigrant workers $5 an hour to remodel their kitchen. There's legal ways to immigrate, those aren't the ones causing the problems. The word is ILLEGAL. Against the law. People just can't grasp that for some strange reason.

I think germans are very friendly and nice people too...but WW2 had a profound impact on the economies of many countries and we are still feeling it today in one shape or another...

look if you keep a region as a colony for 100-s of years, the effect of the said colonization is felt 100-s of years later...this is completely sound logic...

the UK for example did not get rich by being hard hard workers, they got rich by exploiting colonies...the standard in the UK grew, so did the wages, and now UK people are basically un-employable...
