Can ccbill scrub a particular merchant?
I've seen posts when ccbill sales are too good for some people while almost non existent for others. What do you think about the possibility that CCbill is scrubbing way hard on one particular Merchant (or Say One Particular Affiliate Program).
What do you think? I'm pretty certain that Charge back levels are different for each affiliate program. If a particular affiliate program is getting way more charge backs then Normal, Can It be scrubbed way hard in comparison with other affiliate programs? Thoughts? |

most systems like that (epochs, verotel, ccbill, etc) would be created with that functionality.
but as far as ccbills scrubbing being responsible for a lack of sales, i very much doubt that they are doing anything right now that would decrease their clients throughput. i know people scream about that here, but with a solid base of recurring that ccbill has, i doubt they have massive fraud problem that would cause them to cannibalize sales to fix

For one whole week ccbill will convert at 1:6000 and just next week you get 1:1800 for one whole week. Same Traffic, Same Sites, everything is just same.
These are really huge bumps in ccbill sales which make me think. |

Nothing is ever really the same even if you think it is.
I can say, own a site and watch the real indicators every day and track them. Indicators that really matter. Your denial letters, your refund letters, your new sales, etc. Rarely will you see a huge climb in like denial letters when people are bitching. Track the stats for a couple years and you will see the ebb and flows of it all. Rarely will you see what people are bitching about. I really think the majority that bitch most often watch their stats to much day to day and not over periods of time.

From what I'm seeing, it's not CC Bill but the banks that are are denying transactions. I don't think CC Bill has anything to do with it. If a program is getting more chargebacks than normal, it will be examined in other ways rather than by scrubbing.
