so the doc put me on high blood pressure pills and coleresterol pills today...
I have to loose weight and get my blood pressure under controll - seems that was the problem

Glad it wasn't a heart attack or anything more serious. Any possibility that you were experiencing an anxiety attack? I've had a few, and each felt like my heart was going to give out.
