:mad Chio's VerifiedCharge not paying their WMs

Anyone got a contact number or an email addy for VerifiedCharge that actually works or will be responded to, not a recorded msg on the end?

I have been trying to get paid for 3 weeks now with no response to 2 inhouse support tickets. Both have been ignored.
An email 2 days ago to billing@ was also ignored.

Both phone numbers listed for the NY and FL offices are not answered @ 3.30pm today.

This need to be resolved quickly as links and members password pairs are about to be removed from my sites.

If I am not getting paid then I am not giving away my exclusive content for free.

is that a fake address?

UK roads dont go anywhere near 5750, and Canterbury and Bristol are different places.

That and the postcode is that of a pub

Good call. OK, chances are the tel # is a virtual office. The domain name (verifiedaccess.com) doesn't even resolve either.

Their support was great when they first started, response time was usually 1/2 hr. Since June it has almost ceased to exist. Many support tickets are automatically deleted after 14 days without a response.
It took me 2 weeks to have the price point on one of my sites changed!

However their billing system is still working well they have processes 5 sales/rebills for me already today.

As much as I liked Chio and respected him based on the fact that everyone was calling him a great guy (and not in a bro' ish way) it was obvious from the start already that his project was overhyped and will never be a threat to Epassporte like he wanted... for several reasons.

He's been talking about it for years, launched over a year ago, advertised as an epassporte alternative but I haven't heard about it at all during all this time, not counting this thread today.

Considering how overhyped it was, someone could post an "epic fail" pic.

But I'd like to be wrong

His partner's domain & site have disappeared.
He was hosting a games domain at 3xuk.co.uk and selling small web spaces.
They were going to expand their hasting opps. in NL.
The domain has lapsed and is available again.

The last time I requested a payment I had to wait a fortnight because of the hurricanes in FL, even though the head office is in NY. :-(

I'd bet that Chio will come through for you. I've known him for several years and he's always been on the right side of every problem, the honest side of every deal and I've never expected him to be any other way.

He would have come through for me if he had paid me ontime the last 3 times I requested payments.
Not once was I paid on time, each time I submitted a couple of tickets and had to post on GFY before I was paid.

Batts was a good guy and honest, Cashtitans was a good program and paying like a clockwork, until the shit hit the fan. I don't want to judge about Chio, I don't know him personally, but if I learned one thing in this business: If people are out of luck and out of money, it first starts with late payments, they try to get the sinking ship running again and at the end, if it's too late, it all ends up in a huge mess because there is no money left they could pay anyone.

Blame my paranoia, sorry to Chio if I'm wrong.

I don't know Chio personally or have anything against him (although I did purchase AutoBlogger software). To tell you the truth based on his past business ventures he's the type of person that loses interest quickly in his business ventures and doesn't stick by them long enough to make them succeed. It seems to me he's the type of person to be gunhoe and hype a project in the beginning but then always drops the ball.

Examples: autoblogger software, blingo or whatever service that was for blogs he started, and like I predicted too myself when he first hyped his payment system VerfiedCharge. all hyped services in the beginning and very short shelf-life.

I'd never trust any of my hard-earned money with any projects/ventures lead by Chio. Sorry Chio, but this is just how I see things. No hard feelings.

Hope you get your money! But if I were you I'd change payment processors.

Can you tell me a number of email or ICQ he will respond to? Support tickets don't get answered as said above, phone always goes straight to recording, etc etc. I've always been ok with being patient with him (I knew it was a small operation and was only using it for a few things) but this is crazy.

I don't know what's going on with him, but I hope Chio is well and isn't having any serious personal life issues to deal with or health related problems. I'm getting tired of seeing everyone going through hard times, or getting really sick, and die.

I do too. At the end of the day it isn't a huge amount of money. I am not sure what is going on though, but it's been going on a long time. For the past 6 months their support has been terrible. The UK connection jumped in for a while and handled things and for the past couple months he has disappeared too. And now we can't withdraw money OR contact anyone

I really hate to see people bad mouthing ABP. I bought it years ago, he updated it quite frequently, and any time I couldn't get it to do something or wanted it to do something extra he always coded it in at no charge

I had TONS of good years out of my ABP install. I could see bitching if I was paying a yearly or monthly lease fee, but to bad mouth someone that got tired of dealing with bitchy webmasters that paid him a couple hundred bucks a few years ago is just being a whiny fucking baby

As I recall, Theo used to travel with Chio at one time...

Perhaps Theo can at least say a prayer so that all will be revealed/resolved...
