Do hosts in UK care about DMCA?
I dont have to send out many DMCA but I do a few a year at least, and am typing up one right now.

The host I am sending it to is http://hqhost.net/en/index.html and their addy is 16/5 WEST PILTON RISE EDINBURGH EH4 4UQ, UK

You think they will even bother to read it or abide by my request to remove infringing material?

Not so sure. I'd like to think they would. Looks to be a reseller so you could try the upward host too.

Both addresses exist. They both have multiple companies registered to them as well.

Kind of the same as what a lot of the US/Canadian porn and gaming companies do with registered UK addresses for billing purposes, only this is on a smaller budget by the looks of it

Yeah I wrote that wrong what it was meant to say is if the reseller is doing from his council house from that address in Scotland he most prob wont even reply back or he has used somebody elses address which does exist but its not his own address
But I know what you are saying and I hope Fletch XXX does get a reply back
