I didn't realize that I had no money in my paypal. I paid Sosa pretty instantly with the last remaining funds I had in my paypal. When the transfer is complete, I will have more funds in there and you will be paid, this week.

Its been almost two weeks, and you can use a credit card instantly to send money with paypal. You should have emailed him initially and told him it was going to be a couple of weeks and you'd get the money to him as soon as possible.

That means you have a US bank account.

An echeck from PayPal takes two to three days max. An instant transfer with a checking account is instant ... credit cards are instant.

Also, why were you looking for a PayPal to Epass transfer if you have no money in your PayPal? Were you trying to rip someone off?

Re-Read: Your bank account isn't tied to your PayPal. I'd love to know how you got a special PayPal account that nobody else can get. Care to elaborate?

Stick to the original bet on the original terms ... you should have had the money in PayPal before making the bet. Do you buy lotto tickets on credit, too? Edit: There are also plenty of known exchangers on this board that will do Epass to PayPal for you no questions asked.
