I have to much stress...
I think im to far over my head in work now and i feel like im trying to move a cruise liner in the ocean with the line tied to my big toe
I have to admit tho, I have a lot of really cool products and software that is being worked on (all mostly mainstream for PPC/SEM management, but can help out for adult campaigns) but its so difficult to get everything finished. a few weeks/months ago I hired someone to help with development but just had to let him go because nothing more was getting done while having him on board... im pretty sure less did to be honest. In any case, i have a TON of stuff on my plate and not sure which route to go. I've been working on 3 major projects which are all tied together, but I keep finding more and more problems and bugs as time goes on which takes these out way past the date I tried to get them finished by. On top of that, I have everyday work from clients and customers that I try to get done, so this just brings me back to a 15 hour day again. Its not that I want to give up on them and I never would because I've invested so much of my own money into these, but just need to get things completed. So, I'm sure I'm not hte only one been in this boat before... anyone have any suggestions? bringing someone on to handle the work load is really not an option since i exhausted a lot of money on that and got zero return and found myself doing more work than before. I think the best option would be to either raise capital, get funding or find a VC then hire someone to do my day to day tasks while I have about 3 to 6 months of funds available to roll everything out... none of which I have any clue on how to do
