ASM was an inspiration. He was delt a shitty hand in the health department and faced some really scary shit and he did it all with amazing strength and grace. I wish I were half as strong a human being.

Any lawyers in the house, is there any way the wife can dodge the medical bills w/o doing something like bankruptcy?

i know people are saying how much suffering ASM had been through implying that he might be better off ..... no no no ..... he had been through this shit for years and years and fought and fought, i think they could have taken everything but his head and he would still fight with everything he had to survive.

They had no children but he has touched so many lives and was such a good guy, that I wanted to make sure that she knows she has his "extended" family here for her. She is such a sweetheart and shouldn't have to go through all of this alone.

I can't think of one single interaction I ever had with David that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. He was one of those people whose posts I always read, whose replies I was always happy to see in my own threads and , frankly, I would sometimes post threads just to bait him into talking to me about cooking.

A gentleman that sat firmly at the adult table section of GFY.
