Some companies are just angry and stupid. If you have 1 image or some text from something for example, why not email and invite you to push their program or work together on making money instead of start out right away with a DMCA? The program might gain some very profitable traffic and sales in the process instead of making several enemies.

At that point I asked them to remove it as I was not interested in the option you suggested after their reply. They basically told me to stick it so I sent a DMCA. Their host pulled down their entire site which surprised me. It was down for awhile...Might still be for all I know. |
