If you feel that you/your family are being harassed by them, report this to local authorities and consult with a lawyer on whether you have legal grounds to sue or take some other action for harassment.

DMCA is a legal issue that should be resolved in the court of law against the person committing the infringement, don't see how their family has anything to do with.

To those saying that it's okay to harass family because someone is a 'thief', we live in a civilized country where these things are resolved through appropriate channels.

This is a lie. We don't call and harass webmasters. We will occasionally call a host and give them a nice lecture but we don;t work with webmasters. Post proof or be banned dude. Jesus.

Maybe you should read the thread again eric. I wasnt the one being harrassed, i didnt even post your name or the companies name in this thread. So of what would i need to post proof? Any quotes that i posted are directly from other boards, you even where replying in some of them.

Lets make this clear, i dont have anything against you, any complaints you send to me (which where very few) where taken care of right away and i dont think its even worth the hassle anymore to try and proof some point by NOT taking something down.

Whats left was a question of what is ethical and normal these days, thats the question i asked in this thread.
