Buns aren't any better than the breading on that chicken. If you make a similar sandwich at home with quality chicken, bacon and cheese and don't bread the chicken it's even a fairly decent thing to eat if you're doing a no carb diet. Anything at fast food restaurants is infinitely worse for you than the equivalent you can get at a real restaurant or make yourself at home, because they stuff it with preservatives and use the worst possible ingredients.

Either way, I'm sure these things are no worse than eating a Whopper or Big Mac. They might even have less shitty carbs.

I was once eating a McDonalds Big Breakfast on webcam in some chatroom, and this guy from France couldn't believe it.... Eggs, sausage, hash browns, 3 pancakes and buscuit.
