I'm still up in the air about this one.

Anybody have some good sites that use ccbill customized join forms? Do they work for you better then the default forms regarding conversions?

Just a general question but if you could post your url example when describing that would be very helpful ;)

Somebody must have a couple sites that they think have a good custom form that increase the overall conversions... it's only the last step to an impulse purchase decision and would think that the form itself would likely be the last and final selling point to an online purchase.

Though we don't use them, I would venture to state that yeah, a customized, CCBill-branded join page might make a difference in whether or not a surfer/potential customer converts...

And yes.. he's very good with custom join forms.

I don't think it's the MAIN factor, but it's definitely a contributing factor to better ratios.

Hey man, we went through customizable form HELL for three months this year, from Jan-March. We were seeing conversions plummet for three or four of our sites. We use cascading billing with Epoch so I switched cascades to Epoch - they use differant, simpler forms - and conversions skyrocketed.

So we wanted CCBill to 'copy', as best they could, the Epoch Join forms. They wanted to design custom forms for us. We objected - no, we KNOW what the Epoch forms do, COPY those.

They gave us three forms, over two+ months. Conversions PLUMMETED. Then they finally gave us forms that were as close to the Epoch ones as possible. Sales returned to acceptable levels.

Having said all of the above, we've notcied some strange sales patterns over the past month. The credit cards have changed their rules, and many of them went into affect in April, so perhaps that's why. April is tax time in the US, too, so maybe that was it. We're gonna wait a few months and continue the forms testing with A-B testing and perhaps another third-party biller. perhaps our own merchant account. We'll see.

But I would say, overall, not to 'trust' what CCBill designs for you. LOL Or rather, to be fair, because they really were helpful, is to have a good testing mechanism in place and just test test test everything yourself. YOUR sales are what's important anyway. Good luck!

nevermind but I myself don't worry about the join form but for sure think that a custom designed join page with ccbill buttons will always convert 10 times more than someone that just uses the ccbill join page.

I've had mad problems cascading, trying other processors.

I know what you are saying though... "what you get is etc. etc." when you join this site.

I've even checked out your pre-join page.

That being said, your processor page, and the manner in which it is explained and shown is absolutely one of the most important factors to making a sale, hands down, absolutely, no doubt in my mind.

Back to my question... any ccbill custom forms that either you promote or own that have done better for you sales/percentage wise then the default?
