Tired Of CCBill -- Who Do You Suggest I Move On To?

Been with CCBill for way too long, time to cut ties and move on...who do you suggest?

(and I don't have my own merchant account)

I personally like Verotel and Zombaio. But if you are dealing with affiliates, you have to think of who has good affiliate support and solid in that regard. Otherwise you will have a hard time getting them to promote your program if you run one.

Good luck on search!

I tried signing up to a site using Zombaio the other day, with a perfectly valid credit card number and was declined...that scared me.

maybe you are on to something? I don't know... i'm just thinking out loud here but jamming the recurring in all spots that suck on cc form sometimes makes people not want to join.

Strange though that metart.com has there recurring well below submit... hmmmmm

maybe a merchant account which you don't have is the way to go

Yeh, your reasoning just doesn't make a whole lot of sense at the end of the day.

Either way, I prefer CC Bill and Epoch. Many people speak highly of V and Z, but I personally am leery of putting too much trust in either.

Zombaio has no reserve, lower processing fees and weekly payouts. If Zombaio fails the worst you'll lose is a few weeks of payments.

no man... that is not true. you process with a company and build up say 1000 members you will lose 1000 members or approximately 29,000 dollars per month if they go under.

I'm also tired of CCbill - I've been trying to change payout info on a couple affiliate accounts I have with CCbill programs for 10 days, and it just can't be done. I must have wasted over 2 hours in back and forth and emailing every couple days and being ignored.

Needless to say I'll do all I can to avoid any and all CCbill programs in the future

As a site owner though, it's best to keep an account with epoch in CCbill as they won't go under any time soon.

I would be happy to look into your issue for you and see why you have not received a response to your emails. I am sure there must be some valid explanation.

If you would like a direct merchant account I can help you with that! No start up cost involved.

As for 3rd party I would recommended segpay.

so you want to give me an hour to make things right. you sit in your cozy fucking chair and dictate how I should, or should not, make a living.

then blatantly in my face tell me that metart is not my concern and I am lying to my customers when i say i want a fucking join page that doesnt look like garbage nor your fucking hands on it?

you got a lot of balls man to tell me how to run my biz!

On the affiliate side of things I don't mind Verotel programs although I still have a slight preference for CCbill. The main negative with Verotel from an affiliate perspective is a weak stats implementation. There is no way to see referring urls (for affiliates).

I emailed you the details. I'd really like to know what a valid explanation is for not wanting to update the info on an affiliate account and ignoring my repeated requests to update them.

Oh my... at least i'm not the only one, nothing worse than being ignored by people who make good money out of you when all you are asking for is 30 minutes of their time for the first time in 4 years...

Although I think CCbill is a good company, if you are going to change, I can do something for you.

Set up a cascade within ccbill, with segpay and zombaio. Easy 10% extra for almost no work.

mmcfadden: If you aren't happy with ccbill, use someone else, simple as that. They are not forcing you to use them, you chose them. Case closed!

I had been going back and forth with the folks at CCBill on an issue I was having. At one point I responded and it took THREE WEEKS for someone on their end to respond to me.

They're going to be taking a backseat in my cascade.
