Amazing - the article speaks like this is about all protein drinks, not just a specific brand.

"Politics Daily" - I never heard of this newspaper.

I stopped Muscle Milk a while ago. Every so often a batch would taste very strange. It's a shitty product and company.

I hate taking protein supplements but you sort of have to if you work out. Supplement companies are pretty shady and don't really make anything themselves so you have to be careful.

There are a hell of a lot of poisons in common foods and drinks, look out for Aspartame its a killer sweetener and even Flouride in your toothpaste is slowly killing us.

Of course, which is why you have to make your own decisions. Based on the fact that different batches tasted quite a bit different, I figured the quality control was poor. Then when I emailed them about it, I never heard anything back for over two months. Now this story. That just adds up to a company I don't trust.

I've discovered alcohol and drugs make you feel great even if you're really dying

and don't people work out and take health foods to feel great, yet they never do? they are always exhausted from working out and miserable from eating crappy tasting foods.

When I was working out non-stop for 36 months and eating healthy I never felt miserable. I felt great, full of energy all day everyday.
