Currently minors can easily access porn on tubes and torrents. The people that produce it much prefer that it not be there, and wish that it could only be seen after someone with a credit card/checking account buys it. IMO your argument just makes the case for these types of suits because porn producers are trying to keep their materials away from those that aren?t authorized to see it.

And they also access it on free MGP/TGPs run and/or fed by the producers of said porn without any age check. Legal tubes also do not age verify but get content directly from the producers of said porn for the purposes of selling memberships to that site.

The hysterical movement against porn does not distinguish one form of free access to minors that violates copyright law from another form of free access to minors that does not violate copyright law. They think it shouldn't exist, period. You create it, you can't sufficiently control access to it so you are the enemy. No matter how much of a stand-up bro you are.
