:stop ePassporte Michael O - Five things you must answer before the weekend:

Hello ePassporte Michael O.

If I was in your position, I would answer these 5 questions asap, because we deserve to know it:

1: How many days delay is it in the Wire Transfer at the moment.
What date of uploading documents are you Transferring today?

2: What happened to the virtual visa cards? Why were they frozen? Tell the bank that they can freeze the account for one user, one group, one country but not for everyone.
And don't tell me to speak to the bank, because this is a monologue by you,
and it will be a monologue from the bank when they will speak tomorrow.
I get no answers from emails to the bank or ICQ messages sent to you.

3: Can we wire transfer the money from the bank and what is required for that?

4: Updates: Tell us what's happening at the office of ePassporte;
Like for example: This week we have talked to Master Card 2 times and they're interested.
Last week we talked to PayPal, but as you probably already know they are allergic to adult stuff in general.
Next week we have booked meetings with Payoneer, ccbill and Verotel to discuss co-operation. ANYTHING will do!

When you not report anything at all, you say that we are stupid morons that don't understand anything anyway, because this discussion is far above our heads, so there's no need to say anything.
When you have our money locked, you gotta be much more informative than you've been so far!

5: ePassporte.com have made more money the last weeks thru wire transfers than all the previous years in ePassportes history together. Is it because of that Christopher Mallick is quiet and cash in maybe 1000*$50 per day = $50,000 per day, in wire transfer fees?
Wouldn't it look good if Christopher Mallick showed some goodwill and removed the transfer fee or made it $25 to show that he care about this situation?

Maybe Michael O is not in a position to answer these questions but as customers we do deserve some answers. They could at least step up and give out more information. At this point the way it looks is that they washed their hands of the visa virtual with one lousy statement.

The money in epassportes wallet is still in their hands.

When I say that Michael O should answer this,
I mean that he should try to push Christopher Mallick to type one sentence.

We don't have soo many lawyers in my tribe I mean country, and yes, my english sucks,
but I still want my money, like you do.

It's all pretty simple and plain:

epassporte wallet money --> it's in their own bank in Curacao, so you can request a wire.
epassporte virtual visa money --> it's in St Kitts bank and we have to wait until they release it.

So why is virtual visa account balance not available? very simple, because epass doesn't have access to the banks database anymore.

And why did St Kitts bank cut off epassporte? Because they had to, to keep in compliance with the Visa rules.

And last but not least, leave Michael alone, he is just a support guy and doesn't know much more then we do

You can tell who has never worked in a similar position. He is an employee and not only that one that has been around and helping a lot of people for years. He is taking the majority of the public heat and not cracking. That is not as easy as people might think. Especially if, as may very well be the case, he isn't being given the answers to those questions either.

Plus, anybody ever thought that maybe his job is in turmoil right now? I am sure he wants to answer but can't until he is given and allowed to post answers.

Michael is only as good as the information given to him by his employer. You're asking questions he has probably not been given the answer to.

Whatever happens to epassporte after this is all said and done I am sure Michael will have no trouble finding work. To endure the crap he has been given on here and elsewhere while remaining professional is a gift very few people possess and a gift that is invaluable to many a company out there.

St. Kitts bank is supposedly going to make an announcement on or about this Friday regarding Virtual Visa funds.

As for those praising, Michael Olsen., be aware there's question as to whether that's even his real name, but more to the point, while he's been in here alot, he's not answered the biggest question of all, which likely he himself knows the answer to:

DOES Epassporte HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN St. Kitts Bank to COVER ALL VIRTUAL VISA BALANCES? Yes or No?

Also, what specifically was the "deficiency" the bank referred to ... paperwork / procedures ... or the outright lack of funds?

Ron

Those reps usually use nicks, not real names. And they don't claim it is their real name. He does. For someone who works for a company that handles large sums of other peoples money, that would be kind of shady. That would be like your banker or stock broker using a fake name / nick.

Very true. And, imho, often an indication they're hiding something ... be it the lousy service of the company they represent and/or trying to make it appear they're more "local" to the customer then they really are ... ie. an Indian named Anish at an offshore call center going by the name "John".

not true. at canadian call centers that outsourced for big legit american businesses people were told to say they were from the US due to american sensitivities due to outsourcing. could also give fake names as well as customers would be try and stalk the females.
