Dec. 8 2010 - Mallick lawyers walk across hall and (counter) sue Epass customer group. says he shouldn't have to pay bc his rep was harmed. Dec. 2010 - Mallick begins sending out emails to some of the same epass customer group blaming their lawyers and offering to pay if they break their agreement with their lawyers by sending bank info again and waiting for payment. |

Thanks.  The timeline contains alot of "coincidence", but it could be that Elias saw what was happening and wanted in the front of the line or maybe the court conducts certain types of business on the same day or maybe there is more to this than coincidence. |
