How about we start with you. Having a screenshot and being available to testify about it can be proof. Any photgraph can be chopped, that's why if you bring a picture in as evidence you have to have the photographer there to testify that he took it and it's not edited or changed in any way.

Not sure if this is legit or not but this is very interesting I can't vouch if these are real zip files or not this is from a post on the site

If you didn't save screen shots of your stuff, you should go grab the little amount of info they give you right now, before that is gone also.

For your info they DO prove stuff, I have used them in a couple of cases.
Keep as much evidence as you can.

Everyone also remember if you ever asked for your Epass history, they send it in a PDF file, this is where I found my VV card number ....... Thought I was screwed since I never had a real card!

Yes I think a Judge would allow screenshots as evidence ESPECIALLY considering the fact that epassporte has closed off access to peoples account. That factor would prolly weigh heavily in a judges decision to allow screen shots or not.

No, they do not "prove" anything. Whether it "proves" it enough for the 12 people sitting at your trial, now that I don't know.

Well, based on your responses to other people in this thread, since you didn't use a 4-letter word prefaced by the name of an animal, I'm going to take that to mean that you're not that uipset. This is good.

Now _this_ I understand. Screenshot is just a prop, and is meaningless still. If the jury believes the choker then they will believe when he says $xx,xxx.

When it comes down to this level of bickering, it's the word of the photographer (or the choker) versus the person that was choked.

Nice work in trying to get money for people who lost it and going after the persons involved.
I didn't lose a lot but have sympathy for those who did.

In a common law jurisdiction such as ours anything is possible in front of a judge or jury.

Core Dump Pictures have been able to be modified since well the moon landing, LOL.
Video tapes can be modified, voice, photos, documents, files, date time stamps, ANYTHING, and guess what still used as evidence.

We both know what can be done in photos shop, but it doesn't change the fact of what the court allows in, and I, Me, Myself, have been in 2 cases where all this was let in.

When the Judge says "what evidence do you have" I don't want to say well a guy on GFY said my WORD was good, no screen shots would work, HAHAH

I think so, many guys from east europe had their life savings in epassporte. They used it as a bank not just a money transfer system. I guess they thought that epassporte was more stable than thier own banks.

Choker, the thread title is "Here we FUCKING GO", if you add "Epassporte" in the thread title more people will find out about. I almost missed that thread, because there was no "Epassporte" in the title. I read all threads that contain Epass/Epassporte in the title. Maybe the admins of GFY can let you edit the title and add "Epassporte"?

Thank you Choker, and thank you GFY. Without the information posted and shared a lot of people would have much more money frozen and would not have a chance to join forces and fight for their money.

How exactly does talking lawsuit too soon help no one? Having a backup plan and at least gathering stats from people now to prepare for a lawsuit if the 18th turns out to be another delaying tactic is just stupid right? Why have a back plan right? Let's just play it day by day.

I believe 2 things should be understood starting immediately by everyone involved.

First, we should separate VV money and Wallet money once and for all! VV money are safe, hold by SKNANB and being released to the people via the actual cards or by other methods. Epassporte has nothing to do with these money any longer. There are a few people on the website list with 0.00 in wallet and a lot in VV. These people should be told their money are safe and they can reach them via SKNANB

Epassporte money means Wallet money ONLY at this point. And this is what we are after. Adding the VV to the situation and to the grand total will only add to the confusion. Only mentioning VV money in the lawsuit will make us look like asses.

The second thing is we (an actual lawyer) should work on this as soon as possible putting a PLAN of action together. At this point Epassporte is blatantly lying saying on their main page: "[..] we sort through the many issues with the Bank and Visa". They are not only lying, they are insulting our intelligence. If anyone believes that, that person deserves what's coming to him/her. Visa works in such a way they had ZERO involvement in the whole deal from the start and the only bank that still is involved in this is the itrust-bank ( Epass' OWN bank ) that managed/hold the Epassport Wallet money

From day one I believe Epassporte's only fight was not to recuperate money for its clients and save business, but to gain as much possible for themselves, just like you wanted to get as much out for yourself they were viciously fighting to get as much possible into their own pockets. Understand that as we "fight" to get our money back they ( Christopher ) is fighting 100 times harder to cover up all tracks while not paying a dime

The sooner we acknowledge these 2 points the better

yes, VV money is another story, ePass has nothing to do with it any longer. so it can be removed from the site.

When the money on vv has been returned to everyone then it is no longer a issue. At this point it is a issue therefore I will include it at this time. All money went in via epassporte therefore epassporte is responsible for it all. You are wrong on this point. Are you certain that every single sent sent to Virtual accounts via epassporte admin ACTUALLY went there? No your not therefore the virtual issue is still a open issue. The day EVERYONE gets every single cent out of their virtual account is the day that no longer is a issue.

Your second point you are right but no lawyer is gonna actually work on this until we know aproximetly how much money we are talking about here. This website's sole purpose in life is to ascertain that. And no attorney is gonna work on this without a retainer.
So how do you propose to get a attorney at this point in time to work on this RIGHT NOW? What could he possible do other than what I'm attempting to do? You think people are gonna start sending in moeny for retainers at this point? I don't think so.

Choker-

Just have to say that you're quite the entertainment,

You create a thread asking for people to get on board and then toss obscenities at everyone who disagrees with you. Actually sometimes even those who agree with you. Excellent way to garner support.

Pure comedy sir.

Just like your F*ck!ng s!silly lawsuit!

I remember this optimistic thread a few weeks ago: "Epassporte UPDATE 9/17 8:49am Possible reinstatement of visa cards" and my reply to it:
https://gfy.com/showpost.php?p=17513158&postcount=22

It still surprises me that so many webmasters believed things will work out and they will get their money back after all the too-big-to-run sponsors and processors have ran with webmaster money since the start of this industry. I can't think of a single instance where webmasters got their money back. Anyone?

I wish everyone success with this lawsuit, but most likely they've moved all funds to an offshore bank account, possibly in the name of a trust, and there's no personal liability.

I think it's time to cut out these middleman card companies and find a solution with banks - EU has this option already and now US banks are also testing free bank-to-bank transfers between the major banks, takes 3 days atm, but will become faster, maybe even instant like Paypal soon. Sponsors could just offer international affiliates the service of assisting them with opening an US bank account when a certain balance has been reached.

Someone could start offering the service of opening US accounts for non-US webmasters. I know it was pretty much impossible to open an US bank over phone/internet from Europe after 9/11, but when I stepped into an US bank branch, it was setup in minutes, and instantly got a debit card and check book.

Lets consolidate the industry and make it stronger.

We submitted our info on epassportelawsuit.com ($xxx.xxx), but it wasn't added - the owner may be serious, but the site seems not. Good luck anyway.

He's vetting every entry. He'll add it once he can confirm it's genuine.
