That would be incorrect... While just looking at the words, it would seem that any woman with a child would be a MILF.. But that's not the intent of the term and never has been.

However, literally speaking, if she's given birth and has a kid, then she's a mother. If I find her to be hot enough that I wouldn't mind fucking her, then she very much is a "mother I'd like to fuck".
