SKNANB - cannot find me?
So what do you do when you don't have a visa card, because you never cared to actually use it? We just used the account to collect funds.
Needless to say SKNANB cannot find any account with my name on it period. Therefor without a card number they can't even find our account. Anyone else in the same boat? At a total loss on what to do next to recover the card number/information.

Pretty sure that I am in the same boat because I never used the card either. I have the virtual card number though.

If all else fails call up visa report you lost the card 1-800-847-2911 give them your info, and the SKNANB information. you'll get a case/reference number. From what VISA told me its SKNANBs responsibility to issue a new card/find the information even since its a prepaid card and not a credit card. They said they will need to call some credit bruros to validate your information you gave them vs what is on file. So we will see how this plays out tomorrow. If SKNANB can't find me or take care of it i'll keep going up the ladder with my case number with VISA. Eventually this will get fixed.

Another interesting point, they had a closed prepaid card of mine from 2006. Maybe this was a old old card/account that I nuked. Possibly that my new account, with the same information couldn't get submitted since it was identical to the new one?

Do you have a lot in there? Probably an excuse for them to keep your funds. My guess is they are just paying the small guys to please some people.
I might be wrong, but I believe people who have 2K over in the vv cannot use the debit card. |

I encourage people to call VISA and open a complaint/report on SKNANB on the issue. The more pressure they get from VISA the quicker they will realize.. oh maybe we should fix this before we lose our ability to do everything?

Agree fully, get visa to put some pressure on SKNANB, they as yet don't seem to be getting the idea we want our fucking money this side of xmas. We may reply in 5-10 business days ![]() SKNANB have still not said what has really happened here. They hold the vv money so i'm guessing they cut epass off from that (maybe a good thing) however they should have realised what kind of situation this would create and all the shit people would be put through and make some preparations for that. Maybe before hand even requested all the verification details from epass for accounts that had been verified so we didn't have to do it all over again. |
