sorry but that sounds like you fucked up and expect your affiliates to suffer because of your fuckup.

sorry but that is unacceptable. if you are going to change terms to seize money people earned and were promised under your old terms , you should have implemented a system that webmasters AGREE to the new terms.

i have a process in place to protect myself from accumulating large debtors too, i pay them. It is a novel idea, just might work.

Do your lawyers or accountants send you sales ? then i would expect you get approval from the people MAKING you money , not the people taking your money just a suggestion though.

cmon now, thats a load of horseshit, how does this "protect active affiliates" in ANY way.
Not much comfort knowing you are paying new affiliates with money seized from old affiliates. kind of a ponzi scheme isn't it..

what kind of process would that be ? the one where you have 2 different terms, the one where your affiliates aren't aware of tos changes ? The only time my accounts have EVER been closed due to inactivity from any sponsor i have been sent a check with the current amount due.

i think if you are going to quote how many affiliates you pay it is only fair you post how many people don't get paid .

that is not much of a guarantee if the true disclaimer is " unless we change the terms tomorrow and decide not to pay you because our lawyers and accountants say its cool "

Has anyone had any issues with SellHealth's program? I have been looking at both. Was considering pushing both, but I'll probably stick with SH for now if the feedback from affiliates there is mostly positive...

Mind going into a little more detail on this? How does that policy protect active affiliates?

And if its such a concern how many accounts with money owed do you deactivate every year? In this reply you make it sound like its a sizeable sum.

Somebody should create a GFY Bullshit HOF. Every year people can nominate quotes from sponsors and then the community can vote on what BS response makes the cut.

An email was sent to affiliates alerting them to the change of terms.
and no change was noticed because you STILL HAVE 2 DIFFERENT TERMS...

An email is automatically sent on the 11th month of inactivity explaining that if your account remains inactive then your balance will be removed. The minimum balance is only $100 so that is the most anybody can lose.[/quote]Foward me a copy of the email you claim to have sent me, as I said before I received NO EMAIL saying that my account was about to become inactive and that my funds were about to be removed

didn't I show you that you have 2 different terms and conditions on your website for almost 2 years?

Please prove me wrong with links to studies that say that penis enlargement pills actually do work.
Actually, MN only has 1 "enlargement" pill offer amongst all the others.. And they lean towards marketing it as a "suppliment" to traction devices or natural exercises.. When a person orders the penis pill, they get access to the natural exercises website... So while people can argue about the entire issue, at the least MN is attempting to be more upfront with customers.

Here's the problem with this policy... I believe I actually fell into this and you guys removed my balance... I never received any email... I'm not sure though if that's exactly what happened or not though.

The most important thing however is that all that time I was sending traffic... Quite a bit if I remember correctly but it never converted... Now is that my fault??? I think not... Now I could have just dumped you guys for "screwing" me but I didn't... A few months ago I decided to put more effort into the type of products you have for sale, did up more targeted advertising etc. and have been making both of us some sales every month... Now if I had dumped you guys for screwing me, you would have lost that traffic and sales to your competitors... In other words, you would have ended up fucking yourself over for having such a short term mentality.

As someone else I think said, a MUCH better poilicy would be to just cash out those affiliates if the company is truly so concerned about this issue.

It might not be "fair" but I think this happens with almost every sponsor, that they don't pay until you meet the minimum payment limit, and often disable accounts that haven't generated any sales or traffic in 12 months. But not every case like this end up being 3+ pages long thread here..

In adult, I've only heard of this from dating sponsors like AFF.

Are there any traditional paysite programs that have any kind of similar terms? Would be nice to know.

Wouldn't the right thing to do is pay them what is owed and close their account.
But i guess every nickel and dime adds to your bottom line. and I guess you need the money to pay the lawyers and accountants that gave you the green light

I've had several accounts disabled after I haven't been using them in a long time, sometimes there even was few bucks left in there, but I'm not going to try to dig years old "proofs" to name anyone because I don't think that really was a big deal. Ok maybe most of the sponsors keep inactive accounts for longer time, but some don't, and i think most sponsors say that you need to reach some minimum amount to get paid.

From sponsors POV I think it's bad publicity, but personally I'd focus on bigger issues.

The funniest one is that they run Paxum now but still advertise Epassporte as an option for affiliate payouts.

Yeah, Moreniche a.k.a Mensniche started out great, but over the years, they went downhill. The penis enlargement industry isn't an easy business. Especially, after god knows who in the government said that penis pills can't endorse enlargement, only enhancement. After that, Moreniche sold the majority of their company products to LeadingEdgeCash (who's tracking system sucks btw) and are now just a shell of the company they used to be.

You're refering to WorldNiche (which split from MN).. I think WorldNiche is basically dead now as everything is moved into what used to be LEC and is now SellHealth... MoreNiche is far from dead and have a decent selection of different products to promote.

But i guess every nickel and dime adds to your bottom line. and I guess you need the money to pay the lawyers and accountants that gave you the green light
that is exactly what I think that should be done... instead of removing the money from the account...

sorry but that is unacceptable. if you are going to change terms to seize money people earned and were promised under your old terms , you should have implemented a system that webmasters AGREE to the new terms.

i have a process in place to protect myself from accumulating large debtors too, i pay them.

The only time my accounts have EVER been closed due to inactivity from any sponsor i have been sent a check with the current amount due.

i think if you are going to quote how many affiliates you pay it is only fair you post how many people don't get paid .

that is not much of a guarantee if the true disclaimer is " unless we change the terms tomorrow and decide not to pay you because our lawyers and accountants say its cool "

this last quote is the ONLY thing you should have said in this thread ..
I got the point of this topic... too bad that MORE NICHE instead of saying they are wrong (THEY HAVE 2 TERMS and CONDITIONS on their website) simply say we won't pay our affiliates because our layer said it was OK to do it...

great to see the govt put their foot down, because if you believe a pill is really going to make your cock 1-3 inches bigger you need to get your head examined.

IF pills like that really worked, major drug companies would be selling them, they would be FDA approved and the company selling them would be traded on the stock market. All of this snake oil shit is unproven, smoke and mirrors sold to desperate people. Nice to see the govt step in and regulate their deceptive marketing, even if it was just a little of what they should have done to them.

many drugs that once were legal and proven to work are now illegal and proven not to work as they should...

Are there any traditional paysite programs that have any kind of similar terms? Would be nice to know.
AFF was much worse when they were associated with ZANGO...
BTW: I am still waiting to hear from Chris (OA Internet) and Andy from MoreNiche...
