It makes more sense to ask for sponsors who have the payment methods you need.
However, your goal could be to make a list of sponsors that don't pay out in Paxum, for unknown reasons.
Stating all sponsors with all payment methods would be best for data collection purposes.

There's probably near 1000 sponsors out there if you count in all the small ones (see Here and Here) so yeah there's still Many who don't offer Paxum, and who never offered ePass either.
