while action wise, this show is still good, it's starting to feel like a madlib.
everything is the easiest possible formula for story-writing.

i was really hoping for something new here.

i might not make it past this season and i am a zombie FANATIC.

but im more of a fanatic for good writing and non formulaic character development.

I don't know if it'll happen in the TV show, but in the books, they find a prison to take refuge in.

I'm warming up to this. I love the whole "everyone in the world is dead but us" just like in "The Stand".

However camping out in the middle of the woods with no defenses is pretty dumb. It's only a matter of time before something happened. I'm not saying that camping out in the middle of the city is a good idea either, but your gonna need a building for defenses sooner or later.
