I am looking to launch a cam girl site and am looking to negotiate with studios. I can't seem to find any by regular searching. Can anyone advise me?

Unless you are paying the studios it's gonna be tricky since you presumably have no clients for the girls. the easiest way might be to start your own - the way I would do that would be by going to strip clubs and offering girls a fee. If there are girls without any equipment or skills (not uncommon with dancers) - then u need to think about renting office/warehouse/condo space and computers). If your site doesn't work out you can ship them all off to a more established site and make back some of your investment but don't wait too long because once the girls figure out how to do it themselves they'll be out the door (tho if you are able to guarantee them a minimum hourly rate even if they have a bad day that may be enough to keep them from leaving - which is what I would do).

Either way it won't be cheap to start off unless u want to deal with real scum (you can see what scum studios have to offer in the back pages of MFC)

this may not be a popular opinion, but the most professional cam girls who know how to earn tend not to work with studios. They invest in equipment/space so they don't need physical studios and they pay attention to every aspect of their work so they're savvy enough to avoid most virtual studios

I've seen alot of sites struggle with the 'no customers/no cam girls bother logging in' vicious circle but one way to try to break through could be to offer a 'paid chat only' mode to new sign-ups. That would make your site more attractive to chicas who are interested in new sites but who don't want to waste valuable earning time sitting in free chat on a quiet site. Since a paid chat only mode would make your site more attractive to chicas who know how to earn, you could dedicate more of your time/$$$$ to attracting paying traffic to the site.

A few sites have tried to address the 'no cam girls' online issue by offering an hourly wage to sign-ups but again, most professionals won't work for a guaranteed low hourly wage when they could be earning many times that on other more established sites

dunno if this fits the theme of your site or not, I just thought I'd mention it because the one thing I hear alot is that cam girls who work the network sites want viable alternatives, they're just not willing to waste time dedicating free chat time to slow sites. I know many successful cam girls who work free chat on established high paying-traffic sites while simulteneously split camming on slower 'paid chat only' sites. The point is those girls know the job and actually log in regularly.

Thank for the advise. I will not have any free chat on my site, nor will it b pay per minute. I am doing a monthly membership and paying the camgirls .10 per minute per member viewing their shows because i no how frustrating it is to deal with non-paying, time wasting assholes. it s a whole new way to cam the more members they get to watcfh them the more money. This is o there is less hustling and more enjoyment. Do you think the models will like this. i am willing to guarantee a hourly wage. What hourly wage would be considered good enough to take a risk on?

I can't do a studio here I'm in the bible belt and it wouldn't b long before they shut me down and make a big deal outta things.

By back pages I think he meant the 'back pages' of myfreecams, where girls who earn a pittance are positioned in the 'girls online' hierarchy. They earn very little so they're relegated to the back pages of the site. I cringed at the characterization of camgirls at any earnings level as 'scum' but that's a threadjack for another day

wow, your idea is pretty unique

tbh I'm not your target audience so I don't know what the ideal hourly wage would be, but since you're not building a free chat mandatory system, I'd wager you'd actually have some takers at any reasonable per hour rate. Your site will still probably only be attractive to lower-earnings-level chicas though, as interacting with customers in paid chat on your site would mean that they can't be in free chat simultaneously on many of the most popular cam sites. Very few chicas will be enthralled by .10 per member per min, even with a guaranteed hourly wage. At that rate they'd need 10 members in private simultaneously to earn $1 per min, and even that's very low for most of the chicas I know.

The main issue I see with your proposal is that most of the chicas who will sign up to your site will probably split cam, and signing off of a more lucrative site to perform a private show at .10 per min isn't going to be very attractive proposition. Here I'm assuming that a brand new site won't be teaming with traffic initially, so the number of members paying for a private show simultaneously will probably be low

I'd say your biggest hurdle will be what any new site struggles with, namely attracting paying traffic. That goes double for the sort of membership style site you're proposing, in that guys won't be able to interact with the girls without making a month commitment. If you have paying traffic the girls who know how to make $$$$ will come

I hope I'm not being unfairly negative here...I just think you have your work cut out for you. I'll be impressed as hell if you can pull this off.
