What happened to hustler rewards?

I had a ton of reward points but there is no reward section in the webmasters area anymore. And yes, I have emailed them, and did not get a response.

Kimo 03-31-2007 05:56 PM

yeah their support sucks, i added them to icq and asked a question to both reps and never received an answer

lol

I never said they sucked. I just wonder why I cant get an answer on this.

Linkster 03-31-2007 11:01 PM

I asked them a few months ago - and they said they were working on it - then I asked again last week and the response was about a month till its open again

C'mon now...It's not really fair to state that our support sucks when trying to contact us on ICQ - which isn't a reliable means of communication anyway.

As you well know, we've been at the Phoenix forum since Wed., getting in some face-to-face meetings with as many of our webmasters as possible.

Any issues you might have, please just pick up the phone and give us a call - we'll be happy to answer any questions you might have.

You couldn't bother to have answered the question that started this thread?

MrPinks 04-06-2007 02:02 PM

LOL, seriously. What is the answer? I asked this months ago too. I have quite a few reward points which I really hope they transfer over. If they don't, I'll be quite mad because you should have said that they wouldn't transfer before the store disappeared.

With the time spent typing that response you could have answered the question.

I asked months ago as well . . . still no idea of what is happening. Did we lose them?

baddog 04-06-2007 04:15 PM

I really can't believe this thread was just dropped.

Baddog search your emails :winkwink:

Dated 11/1/2006:
"All old (remaining) points will be transferred to the new HustlerCash and there will be a new rewards area inside HustlerCash. New points will be collected for new sales generated under HustlerCash.

Why should anyone have to search there emails?
Ok, so most of us threw out the email, If not all, because nobody else knew the answer to that either. Maybe some people didn't get the email.

I dont know about anyone else, but Im just not digging the attitude affiliates are getting from companies these days. It just seems like everytime you turn around, program so and so, is treating affiliate so and so like a child, becuase he missed an email, or becuase he didnt read the fine print, or for whatever else.

JMK I appreciate you responding to Baddog, so I can get the info I asked for awhile ago, but, why not just answer the question without that remark? Was that necessary?

I responded to a statement saying that he didn't know what was going on, but he had specifically asked and I had specifically responded to him in a chain of emails. It was not a random email.

I didn't "really" ask him to search his emails, that was more of a joke. I'm a :jester sometimes. And thus I copy/pasted my response to him. We are good friends, so there was no harm involved.

I resume:
The Rewards will come back, I have been pushing this up on the priority list very hard since it seems very important to most affiliates.

All old points will be imported (this has already happened).

New points have been assigned to new sales under HustlerCash.com and this continues of course.

Rewards Store re-opening will be announced in our newsletter. I suggest our affiliates subscribe to it, we do not spam with meaningless things, our weekly newsletter focuses solely on the HustlerCash business.

Also for support questions feel free to email Derek and myself, ICQ us, call us, whatever it takes. However GFY is NOT our support forum, so chances are threads will not be seen and remain unanswered.

Cheers, thanks for promoting us and I wish everyone a great and successful weekend :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

Okay, my mistake . . . I do recall that 5 months ago you did mention that it would return . . . . I guess the question should be when.

Remind me to kick your ass at the party tonight. :)

Im very aware this is not your support forum. I wasn't hoping for a response from hustler, nor was I asking hustler by starting the thread. I was asking anyone else that might know, since my email to hustler went unanswered.

Ill go back to my lincoln logs and tinker toys now.

You treat your affiliates this way too? I suppose if webmasters like to be treated like children, then they should sign up to your proggy right away.

it's Friday evening and you're bitching about your rewards points :1orglaugh

esnem 04-06-2007 08:57 PM

I just talked to JMK, he said he got your WM Rewards order for the Movado.

He's going to call FedEx/Kinkos to see if they'll open just for him so that he can get in to overnight it to you so that you'll have it Monday. He said "No Easter Delivery, my ass..."

He said traffic is a bitch on the 405 right now but he doesn't care if it takes him until 12am to get there, he's going to do it for you because you're his favorite affiliate.

In the box, he wishes he could throw in a wad of twenties to go along with your awesome gift, but he's not sure that Klein would approve that one. He feels you deserve it though.

He's also glad that you found the link to GFY in the Support section of Hustler Cash. For that he's considering bumping you up to $40 no console.

He also said that if you ever need help submitting your galleries to The Hun, just let Michael Klein know, he'll help you out. If he's not at his desk, Larry would love to fill in.

esnem 04-06-2007 08:58 PM

Btw those Movado's I only order the HIGH QUALITY replicas. Or I buy some from the charming man on the corner of the Staples center whenever I am downtown. He guarantees they are REAL :winkwink:

:warning Talking about this reward store and I asked before but got no (ABSOLUTELY NO) feedback. What items do you guys want in there? :warning

Cheers,

Right!

And yeah for you, you'd end up spending more on freakin' import taxes than it's worth :)

But that said I am willing to work anything out with Europeans, I know a lot of people send you US Playstations etc, which are pretty much useless, but I will make sure you get a European one.

But like you said in the end it's about money earned and not necessarily about getting a Wii or something once a year? Am I wrong? :winkwink: :2 cents:

Why 04-08-2007 03:00 AM

WOW! Vivid just lost a LOT of face in this thread in my opinion, Mike knows he should not be treating affiliates like this, someone go take his internet away. and remove him from ever speaking to any affiliate ever again! thats just fucking WRONG!

and Derek(HustlerCash) ICQ is an industry standard for many adult webmasters, i know your new to this arena and all but you better learn to live with ICQ. it does save offline messages and is almost as reliable as email, considering how many companies have incorrectly setup mail networks and servers.

the unprofessionalism in this thread is truly shocking. esnem, if you hate affiliates so much, dont talk to them, save the sarcasm for other people on your level that understand the point, dont direct it at the affiliates that dont.

...

It is indeed an industry standard and if you look at my ICQ UIN you will notice that I've been using it for a long time. During that time I have lost countless message histories and the program crashed hundreds of times.
Especially during the last few months I noticed (from people following up) that numerous times I did not receive messages sent to me while I was N/A, offline or invisible. And I heard the same issue from other users.
IMHO it is not reliable, except if you are in a direct chat with the other person.

Solution: Like I mentioned before email us directly (emails in sig) or feel free to call. We will do our best to assist you.

:pimp

Why,

This is not one of my affiliates. Just because someone says that they are an 'affiliate' in the adult industry doesn't mean anything to me. I don't owe tenfoot anything. I don't waste my time trying to please every 'affiliate' in the world. I spend my time making sure that MY AFFILIATES have what they need to make MONEY. I also don't bullshit my affiliates as many programs do. My job is to make them money.

If we don't make money together, we can still be friends :) Tenfoot is an idiot, I would not be friends with someone who goes off on a tangent talking shit on affiliate programs in general. Posting about rewards points on a Friday evening also gave me the impression that this 'affiliate' didn't have much business to offer anyway.

Keep going around trying to be everyone's friend and bending over backwards for the people who don't you don't even do business with. See how much time and money you waste. Just because someone has a handle on GFY doesn't mean I have to give a shit about them :2 cents:

Also, just because you post 'your opinion' doesn't mean anyone else cares :winkwink: Anyone who knows me or who understands the bitch-nature of what this thread turned into finds the thread hilarious. This has been confirmed via ICQ. Everyone thought it, I posted it :upsidedow

You work in the adult industry, stop being so uptight and worrying about how I carry myself 'professionally'. Personally, I'm a webmaster as well. That is how I know what my webmasters need. Again, just because someone says they're a 'webmaster', doesn't mean I have to be nice to them. My affiliates can be assured that I spend my time working on new ways to make them more money, not on being nice to idiots on GFY.

Never saw this question either but glad to hear your interested. I think the ultimate rewards program is one where virtually anything can be ordered through it with ease for both you guys and affiliates. The two easiest ways to accompish this is to add gift certificates to popular online stores such as Amazon and to enable affiliates to request items they want added to the store, much like ARS's rewards program does. Beyond that, you might check to see what was the most popular items from the previous rewards program and consider adding those as well.

I never intended this to be a bash Hustler thread. Ive always enjoyed my checks from Hustler.

I did send a couple emails to Hustler asking about the rewards program, and if it was going to come back, but did not get a response.

I did not post this thread to be answered by Hustler. I wanted to see if anyone else might have had some info, since Hustler wasn't answering.

What I had not planned on in this thread, was the level of arrogance shown by both JMK, and especially yourself. This should be pretty apparent to anyone who wants to read this whole thread.
